Prior to Cloverdale Capital, Vikram was Founder & CEO of Graphite, a company he started in 2015 and served as CEO for 11 years until its acquisition by Toptal in 2026. Graphite is an AI-powered on-demand talent platform that connects Fortune 1000 companies with independent consultants, executives, and experts for short-term work. Under Vikram’s leadership, Graphite grew from $0 to $20M in annual revenues and profitability, serving hundreds of Fortune 1000 clients and a 13K+ expert network. In 2026, Graphite was acquired by Toptal, the eighth largest talent platform in the world.

Prior to founding Graphite, Vikram was a private equity investor at Quilvest Capital Partners, a global investment firm with $36B+ of AUM. At Quilvest, Vikram executed leveraged buyouts of middle market businesses across industries.
